Ricky Martin is a dad via a surrogate mother

Latin star Ricky Martin became a single dad to twin baby boys through a surrogate mother, a few weeks ago.
“Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children,” the statement read.
Over the years, the singer’s sexuality has been the subject of much speculation. In 2005 in a interview with BarbaraWalters, When asked about gay rumours martin said: ‘I think that sexuality is something that each individual should deal with in their own way… and that’s all I have to say about that.
‘Thanks for giving me the opportunity to express the rumours… but, however, for some reason, I just don’t feel like it.’
Martin established the Ricky Martin Foundation, fighting for children’s rights and travelled around the world as Goodwill Ambassador to UNICEF (United Nations’ Children’s Fund).
